Broedy is our General Manager at Happy at Home. He brings over 13 years of managerial experience from a variety of businesses. With a keen focus on ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, he plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of service our clients have come to expect.

As Director of Operations, Tiffany ensures Happy at Home Healthcare Services consistently delivers compassionate, reliable, and professional in-home care across our service area. She oversees daily operations, develops and implements policies and procedures, and coordinates staffing to match client needs while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards. She brings a strong background in healthcare operations, with experience in both clinical and administrative roles. She is skilled in regulatory compliance, workforce planning, performance improvement, and family-centred care coordination. Known for pragmatic problem-solving and a steady leadership style, Tiffany focuses on creating a supportive work environment that enables caregivers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Tiffany has over 12 years experience as a Registered Nurse and brings a diverse skill set honed through years of bedside nursing in both hospital and long-term care settings. Tiffany's passion for caring for the elderly led her to take on leadership roles, managing multiple care homes to now providing exceptional in home care to those in need. She has seen first hand the impact on quality of life by keeping seniors in their own home for as long as possible.

Client Care Manager/Licensed Practical Nurse

Renita has been a Licensed Practical Nurse for 6 years and is our Client Care Manager at Happy at Home. She brings a diverse nursing background that spans from home care, to medical clinics, and dermatology. Her broad clinical experience enables her to coordinate personalised care plans, communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families, and support our team of caregivers with practical, evidence-based guidance and hands-on problem solving. With a calm, organized approach and strong clinical judgment, Renita’s familiarity with both community and specialty settings helps her anticipate needs, streamline transitions of care, and ensure consistent, compassionate service across every client’s home healthcare journey from initial assessment through ongoing follow-up and periodic reassessment.

In addition to these responsibilities, Renita manages the Foot Care Client Scheduling program, ensuring timely, efficient appointments that meet each client’s clinical and personal needs. She also oversees the Nursing Team—providing leadership, clinical mentorship, and coordination to maintain high standards of practice, continuity of care, and responsive staffing. By combining hands-on clinical insight with careful operational management, Renita helps deliver a seamless, dignified experience for clients and families at every stage of care.
